Potato & Kale Brekky Bake

For a lot of us eating something other than cereal for Breakfast just doesn't seem right. Plus time is often tight of a morning so Breakfast needs to be quick & easy. As with all meals, the key is in the planning.


To save time you could prepare the vegetables the night before & place them in the fridge. Turn on the oven as soon as you get out of bed so you can get the oven up to temperature, then let the veggie's bake while you're showering or getting others ready.


This is a warm delicious start to the day that will keep you going!
