If you are a guy (aged over 18) and have ever wanted to improve your upper body strength, then this could be just the thing for you! Our AFL Upper Body Strength Program is an 8 week intense progressive program designed to increase up to 6kg in lean body mass, perfect for during the off season from footy, or great to do, just because you can! Information on nutrition will also be provided, so our participants can maximise their results and aid in recovery post workout.
