Try Kaitlin's detoxing, energising 'green' smoothie.
1x handful of your favourite dark leafy green vegetable (I suggest Spinach or Kale)
1/4 of Avocado.
Juice of 1/2 x Lemon
10cm stick of Cucumber (diced)
250 mls of Coconut Water
1/2 x Handful of Blueberries or your favourite Berries
1/2 x Cup Diced Pineapple
Mix the leafy greens, coconut water, lemon, 250 mils of coconut water, avocado andcucumber in a blender for 30 seconds or until a smooth consistency is reached.
Add the berries and pineapple.
Mix until smooth again
This delicious smoothie not only encourages hydration, detoxification of toxins, and energy boosting properties, but is jam-packed full of anti-oxidants and other beneficial nutrients.
To super power this smoothie, add a teaspoon full of your favourite protein powder, maca powder, or chia seeds!
